Ube (purple yam) or Pandan latte, with or without espresso

An original Tamis latte with Ube powder (Ube is in the family of sweet potato but with a distinct flavor of sweet potato and vanilla). Pandan latte is mixed with pandan extract, a tropical bush that looks like the coconut leaves but with a dark green color. The taste is best described like a mixed of vanilla and peppermint and very fragrant.
